Kiernan Farm is located on a 140 acre tract below the Shawangunk Ridge in Gardiner, New York, offering all cuts of Grass-Fed Beef from cattle raised on the farm. Our cattle are predominantly Angus-Hereford crosses and are finished on green pastures of mixed grasses.

Our "100% grass fed beef" is both raised and finished on an all natural grass diet, that results in cattle that are much healthier than commerical feedlot cattle. Our free range approach to raising beef is much more humane than a the feedlot system. Our cattle never receive antibotics, hormones or by-products. Grass fed beef contains high levels of Omega 3s--the fatty acid that can help to reduce cholesterol and fight heart disease.
